7 Days Returns Guarantee

Brandy Bag accepts returns for store credit from U.S. within 7 days of the purchase as long as items comply with our return policy.

The items have to be in the same condition as described on the product page including any dust bags, straps or other items as originally shipped, and still have the Brandy Bag purchase tag attached (when applicable) to be eligible for the credit. NOTE: For shoes or clothes purchases the money can be returned after deduction fees.

Brandy Bag reserves the right to deduce the fees from the payment method used from purchase.

Brandy Bag does not refund money to any payment method, but instead will provide store credit. Store credit can be used within 6 months period. After this period Brandy Bag reserves the right to retain a 20% of the total paid.

HOW DO I RETURN MY ITEM?

  1. Please contact Brandy Bag through email: contact@brandybag.com to request a Return Authorization. Customer must provide the Purchase Number and the reason for return.
  2. The customer must pay the return shipping and insurance fees and is the sole responsible for any damage or missing item during the transit until Brandy Bag receives the item. Brandy Bag has the right to decline the receiving of any damage package. Please insure your item’s value!
  3. Upon receipt of your returned item the customer receives credit voucher within 3 days.
  4. If the return is for authenticity reasons we will offer a full refund, including all shipping costs (up to $20.00). Must provide shipping payment evidence.
    If the item purchased is inauthentic by a well-recognized authentication expert, documentation from this source stating the findings is required. Send a copy of their findings by email to contact@brandybag.com and we will contact the expert to discuss the findings. All these steps are required before shipping the item back or refund is granted.
IMPORTANT: As a re-seller of pre loved luxury goods, we do not provide a “warranty” of the workmanship of the brand. Please, contact the brand directly to inquire about any necessary repairs.
