Do you want to get your bag into cash or simply try new bags from our collection? We may offer more money for your item than other stores.
Selling or Consign your piece is luxuriously simple...
To start, please send the following information to contact@brandybag.com
- Name/Last
- Type of Item (bag, wallet,etc.)
- Designer Name (LV, Chanel, Gucci, etc.)
- Model (Neverfull MM, Speedy 30, etc.)
- Condition (good, excellent, water spot on vachetta, rubs on corners, etc)
- Photos of the following:
- Front
- Back
- Bottom
- Sides
- Interior
- All Conditions
- For Authenticity: hot stamp, date code, hologram, authenticity card, etc.
We will process the information and review the photos within 24 to 48 hrs. We will send back an email with the offer.
We could send two (or any of the two) offers according to your selection and Brandy Bag decision:
1st OFFER: Consignment.
2nd OFFER: Buy for cash
We may reserve the right to offer just one of the 2 offers, depending on the Brandy Bag business decision that may include the item brand, item condition, currently demand of the items, and any other condition that we consider as part of our evaluation process.
WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN SELLING FOR CASH , STORE CREDIT, AND CONSIGNMENT?
Consignment is when you send your items to Brandy Bag to be sold on our website or any other sources of marketing and receive a portion of the sale price after your item sells and ships out to it's new owner. All items are the property of the consignor until sold.
Selling option, you will get paid before the item is sold.
HOW IS THE BRANDY BAG PRICE DETERMINED:
All our customer deserves the best pieces. That's why we are very selective in the evaluation and acceptance of the items. The price offer will depend on several factors, including:
- If the bag is a hot style
- Condition of the body (may be canvas or leather)
- Shade of patina, lighter the leather, the more the bag is worth
- Inside conditions (stains, dirt, odors, etc.)
- Hardware and piping conditions
Bags with heavy stains, tears, rips or odors will be returned to you at your expense.

Our commitment is to get the best price possible for the piece you want to sell. The price is determined based on current market conditions and trends.
CONSIGNMENT SELLING COMMISSION RATES INFORMATION:

IF THE ITEM IS NOT SELL BY THE END OF THE CONSIGNMENT PERIOD
Monthly updates on the sell status of the items may be provided to the consignor.
If the bag is not sell by the end of the consignment period of 180 days, ownership of the unsold items will be transferred to Brandy Bag sale or shipped back to you at a cost of $30 per item, as previously selected by consignor.
YOU CAN REQUEST BACK YOUR ITEM WITHIN THE CONSIGNMENT TERM PERIOD
You can request your item back any time within the consignment period. You just contact us to contact@brandybag.com to make the request.
We charge $30 per item box for return shipping. Also there is a penalty of $30 per item requested back during the first 6 months from consigning.
The customer will assume any shipping cost associated to the returned item.
WHAT IF THE ITEM IS NOT ACCEPTED AFTER INSPECTION
If any handbag sent to Brandy Bag Company does not pass the inspection due to unacceptable conditions or authenticity issues, your original item will be sent back to you in the same condition.
Please have in mind that Brandy Bag does not buy heavily damaged bags. Bags with heavy stains, tears, rips, very dark patina or odors will be returned to you at your expense. Unaccepted items will be shipped back to you at a cost of $30 per item/box. Please ensure to send accurate photos that show every condition of the item.
The item must be final inspected by Brandy Bag staff. Brandy Bag reserves the rights to accept or decline the purchase of the item due to actual condition, authenticity issues, or any other reason.
